Chocolate cakes were a famous addition to the Test Match Special commentary box during Brian Johnstons day. Ray Illingworth was reportedly a big fan, "always being good for one" reported Brian, if more than one cake was sent in by the public, as frequently happened. Since Brians departure, the Test Match Special team still receive cakes, although the current variety is fruit cake.
